Please join us for our Fall Auction and Concert!
We are currently looking for donations of gift cards, travel packages, new items, bake sale items and handmade items for our upcoming Fall Auction. If you have any items you would like to donate, please bring them or send them to the school.
To allow time to enter items in to our online auction software, please bring items to the school NOW!
Dear Supporters - just an FYI that our volunteers enter the donated items as quickly as possible. Many items are donated during a short time and it takes time to get them online. Our volunteer schedules for entering items are especially challenging this year. Thank you for your patience!
We will also be looking for volunteers to help with auction setup on Saturday, October 17 and auction teardown after the auction is complete. A couple volunteers are needed to help us process last minute bake sale items on Sunday. If you would be willing to help, please contact Mandy at mwellman@nebraskalutheran.org.
Thank you for your continued support of our school! Proceeds this year go toward:
- Additional security cameras for the NELHS campus
- Upgrading vehicles for student transportation
Auction Details:
We will have online bidding by phone this year, but the items will be on display for you to look at during the auction. By bidding online with your phones, it will allow more of our families to enjoy the auction and concert themselves. Paper bid sheets require more volunteers to process them. Those at the auction can scan QR codes on the paper bid sheets to bid. Those not able to attend in person can bid from this site.
If you do not have a phone to bid with, please stop at the check-out prior to 3:00 PM and we can help you place your bids. We cannot help everyone last minute, so place your bids early if you need assistance. We can place a maximum "proxy" bid for you that will increase your bids automatically as other bidders bid against you.

Monday, October 12
Online bidding begins for auction

Friday, October 16 OR Saturday, October 17
Setup help needed at the school for auction. The CRC Volleyball tournament is on Saturday, so we are trying to finish setup before the tournament starts. Please contact Mandy Wellman at mwellman@nebraskalutheran.org to find out setup details.
Sunday, October 18
Noon to 12:30 - Drop off last minute baked goods and produce if not already there Saturday for auction bake sale. Please try to have other auction items to the school BEFORE Sunday to allow time to enter into auction software for online bidding. A few volunteers are needed to process these last minute items. Contact Mandy Wellman to help.
1:00 to 3:45 PM: Fall Auction. Bidding ends at 3:45. (If you need assistance bidding, please stop at the check-out before 3:00 to place your bids.)
4:00 PM: Concert (Meal follows concert)

Items will be available for pickup at the school after the concert.
Please wait to check out until after the concert. That will allow us to finalize all transactions in the software. You may pay at the check-out with cash, check, or credit card. You may pay using your phone with a credit card.
