CALLING ALL FAMILIES, CHURCHES AND FRIENDS: Its Fall Auction, Fall Festival and Fall Concert time. We love the smell of FALL!

 

We are currently looking for donations of gift cards, travel packages, new items, bake sale items and handmade items for our upcoming Fall Festival. If you have any items you would like to donate, please bring them or send them to the school.

 

To allow time to enter items in to our online auction software, please do your best to have items to the school by Monday, September 20.

 

We will also be looking for volunteers to help with kiddie games, the silent auction, setting up, tearing down and many other things. If you would be willing to help run any of the events that day, please contact Mandy at mwellman@nelhs.org or sign up at this link.

 

We look forward to an amazing event to help raise money for a new portable stage that will benefit the One Act Team, the many music concerts and other events that we hold throughout the year.

Auction Details:  

 

We will have online bidding by phone this year, but the items will be on display for you to look at during the auction.  By bidding online with your phones, it will allow more of our families to enjoy the carnival, auction and concert themselves.  Paper bid sheets require more volunteers to process them.

 

If you do not have a phone to bid with, please stop at the check-out prior to 3:00 PM and we can help you place your bids.  We cannot help everyone last minute, so place your bids early if you need assistance.  We can place a maximum "proxy" bid for you that will increase your bids automatically as other bidders bid against you.

9:00 AM:  Online bidding begins for auction

 

Saturday, October 2

 

9:00 to ?:  Setup help needed at the school for carnival and auction (noon lunch provided for volunteers)

 

Sunday, October 3

 

Noon to 12:30 - Drop off last minute baked goods and produce if not already there Saturday for auction bake sale.  Please try to have other auction items to the school BEFORE Sunday to allow time to enter into auction software for online bidding.  A few volunteers needed to process these last minute items.  Contact Mandy Wellman to help.

 

1:00 to 3:45 PM:  Fall Festival (Carnival and Auction).  Bidding ends at 3:45.  (If you need assistance bidding, please stop at the check-out by 3:00 to place your bids.)

 

4:00 PM:  Concert

 

5:00 PM:  Meal

Items will be available for pickup at the school after the meal.

 

Please wait to check out until after the concert.  That will allow us to finalize all transactions in the software.  You may pay at the check-out with cash or check or on your phone with a credit card..
